I have told her about it and she insists she is a good driver .

My wife will normally never drive if I'm in the car, but she picked me up from the station on Saturday morning after our works Christmas do and so drove home.

I decided to provide what I thought was some helpful constructive advice about her driving. It's only this evening that she's started speaking to me again, and I'm sure she's only doing that as she realised I was enjoying the peace and quiet!
