Hello all,
I hope this is the correct place for an introduction, I'm sure i'll find out anyway.
My name is Martin, from Glasgow......currently driving a vw corrado.......i know its not a merc but at least its german
About a year ago i picked up some mercedes leather seats with the intention of fitting them into my corrado, but after having had a look yesterday, at the rears, then there is no way that i could even attempt this job
(i've been busy)
Its a shame because they seem to be very nice,and comfy
I'm not new to internet car forums and i know that it is generally frowned upon that something is put up for sale within a couple of posts.......but these are mercedes seats and they are of zero use to me now, so i hope you'll go easy on me
If someone could let me know which model they came out of and an approximate value i'd be grateful.
I will then put a post up in the for sale section before the dreaded ebay
If i do sell them through this forum i'd be happy to make a small donation to the admin if you do such a thing
They are a bit dirty, especially the grey areas but would come up great with some leather cleaner and some elbow grease......if they look a little blotchy its only as i took a damp cloth over them to remove the dust.
