No air to Footwell

Hi All

during the hot spell I noticed no cool air coming to my feet! My pal suggests my controls need "rebooting", but I can't find a post that relates to this. Is this right, or could it be something more mechanical. Doesn't make any difference if air con is on or not.

Just in case of another heatwave any help would be appreciated.

Your pal is wrong --never wear boots when driving!

If its blowing cold in upper level mode then the switch or cable is broken inside --check the footwell flaps are opening ?
