No GPS signal on S430

Just purchased a 2000 S but the Sat Nav seems to put my position in Norfolk when I am pretty sure I am in Surrey. Am i doing something incredibly stupid or do I have to make a dreaded dealer visit?

are you sure the hot weather has not got to you and you have been drinking toooo much Cider and your actually in Devon
