No lights on trailer

ML320 W164 Factory fitted Oris towbar. Using 7 pin adapter, no lights on trailer. Found 13 pin wiring, checked power pins 3 n 9 12v. Checked indicator pins with hazards on, no power on/off on indicator left/right. Most pins have a trickle voltage. Wondering if the trailer towing was enabled or possibly relay as all fuses check OK. Help? Dale

I have a gizmo that plugs into socket and checks all lights. Mine work fine. Ml250 BT No benz enable cxap. Installed myself. From proper kit wired according to benz inst but gave a 200£, visit to benz a miss. My bulb failure dash display works fine as well. Its a days work. First suggestion make sure ur earth is good. As bum earth effect all.

Sorted by Bruce the MB guy in Dereham. As the SAM was not in the cradle led me to believe it was a replacement. He was able to turn on the electrics for the trailer. Thanks to all
