No power on AUX line, iPod connector, Audio20

Previous owner seems to have had an iPod setup installed in my 2006 c220 Avantgarde,
Factory Merc cable and iPod cradle in the glovebox (Pic).

I`m trying to attach one of those bluetooth dongles to the 20pin white connector - but it doesn`t power on
Pushing CDC button give me this in the display, Audio20

There`s the telephone icon there?? I have the Merc bluetooth HPT in the centre armrest, i`ve disconnected it but display still shows phone icon.
It seems the AUX input is taken over by the phone system...............suggestions welcome !!

not sure on your car....

but mine only works if the car engine has started.... mental but true. I wrote to viseeo they didn't see to know that was a feature.... but it is on mine and another owner with the exact same setup
