Hi mate,
Did the electrics go at exactly the same time that the aircon went?

Although you say that the fuses are alright, it is often worth replacing them with new ones and cleaning up the contacts in the fuse box. Fuse elements corrode over the years and go high resistance. It happened to me on my w123 (no radio, interior lights and clock) and there are a couple of similar threads on here.

Always worth trying the easy (and cheap!) things first.

Hibbo is right, 90% of all faults recorded show that they are the same ones that have always been around. Poor ground leads, fuses and holders dirty corroded.
Always start with basics, do I have 12volts at point A,if you have not when you should, there is little point in going forward, when you should be going backwards.check and see, its much easier than tearing the car apart.

If your fan belt broke, you are no longer charging. your car runs on the alternator. Can you turn the pulley on the air con pump.

OK if the air con is on a separate belt, then it must have blown a fuse or fuses.

take the connections off the back of the air con pump and you can safely replace the blown fuse.

all the fuses are ok is there anything else that would cut the power to

Sorry I do not have any info back to the 123, you must still remove the connectors from the air con pump., find your car here and check out the fuse boxes.

I am pleased that it working again, cars are not easy to all of us, you know where we are if you get stuck. I had a 280TE great car.

Does the car run a single belt or two belts. Check and see, if a single belt then you have a flat battery. Repair your aircon, charge your battery, fit a new belt, things should be back to normal.
