bought a c class coupe today, picking it up next friday. i'm going to install my sat nav (pioneer x1) but so far the only suggestion the fitter's given me is a simple black plastic facia, which is disappointing because they stereo in it looks nice and i'll obviously have to take this out. so does anyone please know if/where i could find a more aesthetically pleasing facia please?

also is there any way at all, even through a change of software or something that i can get to change the speed unit on the trip computer to mph instead of km?

thanks

Hi & Welcome,

Pressing the reset button with engine running at standstills gives you the option to change the trip computer from KM to Miles

When you change it, it stays until you change it back. You need to select the 'settings' menu with the lower LHS steering wheel buttons. The press 'R' to access the menu.

ooohhh i had a moment of inspiration actually, maybe i could get made a chrome or brushed chrome panel to cover the storage compartment, and match the chrome in the dials. almost like the panel which hides the stereo in the audi tt.
