Why should anyone care what some clown puts on the back of their car, unless it is obscene or insulting? I think it says far more about the objectors than the "offenders"

Thats how MB sell the badges.
I ordered a genuine replacement for my c180 and it came as clc180. When I questioned it the stores guy said just lose the lc.
Hence the gap between the c and number.
