What do you think the worst drivers actually drive?

The majority of them anyway?

I might have to go with the 4x4s because half of the people that own them can't ****** park the things!

Perhaps they actually think they can multitask?

I find if I ever let one go on a road where theres only room for one car, they don't even put up their hand, with the look on their face they may as well stick two fingers up.

They have to light the ciggy before they can chat on the mobile while they steer with the other hand. Hang on -- that's 3 hands and dammit, dropped the phone, no, dropped the ciggy and hit the kerb - or maybe its the car behind - oh well, its all insured.

any rice burner with a big exhaust and sound system

and neons, and blue lights and super-shiny alloys and black rubber bands for tyres , but a driver with a room temperature IQ.
What's clever about scooting down 200yds of wrong side of road to try and get back into a queue at the front , when no-one in that queue is going to let you?
Still, they keep Helfords in business, so I suppose they serve some function in life.

What about taking off the seatbelt so they can lean back and slap the kids for playing DVDs too loud?

We were following a fiat yesterday on the M4 that was wandering all over the carriageway. Speed going up and down and in and out of lanes. When we passed it I looked at the driver, she was reading from a sheet of papers in one hand and smoking with the other. How she didn't hit anything I've no idea although I'm sure there is a god that looks after these people.

Then swerve in front of someone, who manages to avoid them but catches someone else being no fault of there own, thus it goes on eventually causing multiple car pile up. Oh and she drives merrily on her way.

Saw this happen on the A19. Renault Megane if memory serves me right.it was a guy driving though, trying to read a FOLDUP ! map. He swerved over 2 lanes of traffic when the map blew in his face making a low loader in the inside lane have to swing round him. Luckily only 3 cars involved minor damage to all. He just kept going, but I think the trucker used his mobile to report the idiot.

4x4's definitely. Round where I live in West London they are used as mobile battering rams when coming down busy roads.

Well, I am afraid to say the worst two drivers I have seen for a while were not in the usual cars. First on the M25 on 12th Sept in an H regd BMW , the other on the M25, same day, in a blue 230clk, part reg was JA51***.

I havent seen anybody drive that bad since...

Hmm, 8 - 12 year old 3 series BMW's come near the top of the list, closely followed by muppets in Chelsea tractors, especially X5's and Suzuki Viagras or whatever they are called. Oh yes, and lads driving small hatchbacks with a Girlfriend in the passenger seat, trying to impress them with their driving 'skillz', them as well.

I think I have to agree with this one too! When I was last in Bournemouth, the driver missed the turning I wanted because he was going so fast, so he stopped and reversed the car all the way back up the road back to the other junction!

They do cut you up and tend to drive upon your bumper too!

Busy garage forecourts waiting to get fuel ...middle-aged lady comes back to car puts handbag on passenger seat remembers keys are in bag...gets keys from bag...starts up car adjusts mirror(why when you have been driving into the garage)...puts on seat belt.... car in gear...lights cigarette(still in garage mind) handbrake off drives away!!!! A very common occurence.

Aslo children in the back in baby seats should be BANNED behind a guy for a few miles the other day he was so busy looking over his shoulder to see wee Trevor or whatever to concentrate on the road and was swerving all over the place!!!
A lot more distracting than mobile any day, if he isn't making noise the parent is worried something is wrong and if hes screaming the roof down the aforementioned parent is trying to soothe him back to quietness(the 12 tonne dumper you are about to plough into the back will soon put your baby to sleep permanently fool) Keep your eyes on the road and if not put the little tyke in the boot where he can be forgotten for the journey( the last bit may be a bit too far......actuallt no that is a great idea!!!)
