O2 sensor at G3/2 short before KAT? Is that Bank 1,2,3 or 4?

Am confused as I have not had a look below. Are there four O2 sensors before the catalytic converter and four more after? Just want to make sure I pull the right one to have a look.

Thanks.

You have a 4 cylinder engine so only have one bank.
There are 2 sensors - one before the cat and one after.

Thanks for that. Or merci beaucoup. Got confused because one forum entry mentioned cylinder numbers in that O2 discussion.

If you have an early 204 with the 646 engine it will only have 1!
Thanks for that. What's all this bull then about "Position G3/2" which has come out of my iCarsoft MB2 diagnostic if there is only one before and one after?

Looking at the fuel consumption, this "stuffed" O2 sensor does not have caused it to go up, I think I just read 7.1 litres Diesel /100km.

Any non generic MB scanner will give spurious code definitions, its all in translation code written by icarsoft. STAR may something slightly more specific and in some cases completely different!

Thanks for that again. Am having trouble seeing it while lying underneath with my nose touching the exhaust. May I ask you to give me a clue what to look for and what to remove to see it?
