Oem thermostat supplier ML270

Hi guys I think thermostat is on it’s way out on partners ML270. does anyone know who the oem supplier was of these?

^^^^ totally agree^^^^

I used a third-party one on my Smart. It's a very awkward place to get to and within a month I had to replace it again. Second time I used genuine.
I'm told the skin on the back of my hands will grow back eventually...

Just had mine replaced, by Mastertech in Ashford. OK, it hurt the wallet (about £150 including the OEM part) - and what a difference to the car! I have warm air from the heater within 3/4 mile from cold start-up, and within about 2-3 miles engine temp is showing 90C as it should instead of 60C tops after 10 miles or more. I'm also expecting to see an improvement in MPG, as happened when I had the stat replaced on my S203, but it's too early to say ATM.
