Oil in the coolant system

Hi all MBO can you help me I had a oil leak coming from the oil filter housing I replace that aswell as the oil cooler.The oil leak stopped but now its getting into the coolant system ie expansion tank has any one had this issue if so what was the fix

There are only two ways oil can get into the coolant.
1. Failed head gasket.
2. Leaking oil cooler.

On the basis of look at what you last touched I'd go with the oil cooler.
