ive had a cheap ebay oil pump (they all look the same) for a few years . brilliant device.
There are articles that suggest people can extract more oil and silt with an extractor pump over the sump plug !
they can get a little oily though as they tend to leak a little.
Ive even used it to pump oil into diffs and gearboxes where they are a nightmare to fill otherwise.
