Please dont shoot me down in flames for this simple pair of questions, but i have mislaid my handbook & i cant remember!
I had a quick search on here, but didn't find the answers. . .:?

The car is 2003 A210 Evo.

What oil grade of oil is recommended. Is it 5w30 fully synth?

Also, i cant remember the tyre pressures. What should they be?

I have sent off for a new handbook, but i need to check tyres & do an oil/filter change while im waiting for it to arrive.

Tyre pressures should be on a sticker on the fuel filler cap.

Any oil that meets MB229.3 or 229.5 will be fine, be it 0w/40, 5w/30, 5w/40, 10w/40 to name a few.

If you have a Costco membership you can get 5 litres of Mobil One for about £28.

Thanks Dan. . . not had the car long, so not noticed the pressures on the fuel cap.

I work at a Vauxhall main dealer, so can just get a gallon of quality 5w30 fully synth from the workshop.

Thanks again.

No problem. If you can get the fully synth Dexos II it meets the highest MB spec for engine oil.

On a side note, you will probably need more than a gallon. Most MB sumps are 6l+ I can't comment on your engine, but maybe an indie could....
