Question, does anyone know how to get the sat nav on this 2020 Fiat 500 to talk to me? I can enter an address, get a route, follow the rout on screen, but no voice directions???

I've tried every menu and sub-menu but it just won't talk - maybe it doesn't talk (although it talks to in other settings like if it doesn't understand a voice command)

Any bright ideas before I spend my lunchtime driving to the nearest Fiat dealers.

It probably doesn’t talk but as it’s Italian, it probably has a gesticulation option

That sort of helped BC as I did find the Sounds & Warnings menu and even the Voice menu, but even turning all the option to "on" it still wouldn't make a sound

However, things have got worse! On the advice of a work colleague, we decided to do a "factory Reset" and now the screen has gone really dark and you can only just see the display Currently awaiting the RAC man to attend.
