hello have a Mercedes b180 2012 with the om651 engine.
The car has worked perfectly in the future that we would change tensions to the chain.
After this the car did not start. assumed that the injectors have become defective due to strange fuel pressure, bought new ones and now it starts but goes bad.
If you start it it says on the computer that the low pressure is 4.3 bar but the other pressure goes back and forth from 0 to 50 bar.
New diesel filter
markings are right on the engine

Any ideas what to check out more?

You need to get it scanned and check for logged fault codes, then use that as a starting point in finding the cause of the problem, and the solution. Do you know anyone with iCarsoft who would scan it for you? Otherwise, find an MB Indy who will have STAR diagnostic's, and get him / her to check it for you.

Thanks for answer. I har delphi diagnosic computer and its no fault codes only that fuel pressure has come low when you have been running it for a while, which I understand as it runs on a little gas and nothing more.

I don't know a lot about the Delphi diagnostics, so I can't advise you on that. I use the MB iCarsoft 11 OBD reader myself, and find it very accurate. If it's showing a fault code, maybe you could post it here, and I'm sure that some one on the forum will be able to help you..

now i have been running it for a few minutes and got error code p063.
which means it malfunctions on cylinder 1. has also had a similar code fixed for cylinders 3 and 2. but it's because it doesn't run on all cylinders i guess?

Its smokes much and White!

White smoke is incomplete combustion.
Typical causes are low fuel pressure, failed injectors, bad injection timing, low compression.

You need to check fuel pressure is within tolerance.

Sounds like injectors with codes & symptoms like that. When you say "you bought new injectors" were they brand new or second hand? also as kiwi said it probably is low fuel pressure. would give same fault codes and symptoms. 4.5 bar would be the pressure from electric pump in tank. from memory my engine HP pump was putting up 300 bar.

they are bought from an injector shop.
think it goes better and better before I went home it barely smoked!
but think it is bad fuel pressure. shows a video where you see bad pressure.
Has test same computer with a vito and it holds 240bar all the time! anyone know where the computer is measuring anywhere?

Thats erratic to say the least. but I think it probably shouldn't even start with pressures that low. Possibility it could be a faulty sensor? Outside my boundaries now as I haven't encountered that problem before. Prob some of the other merc techies on here have seen that problem before?

believe that it can be a donor. there are 3 different ones, 2 are in the rail and one is on the pump.
They are quite expensive so you do not want to chance. is there anything you can check so i see if it fails?
