orange engine warning symbol

I have a C180 coupe with 70k miles.The warning light has come on and manual says its injector plugs or emissions. I've also had a series of other warning lights come on & off. Car running fine but a little rough when I turn off engine, sounds like a hole in the exhaust on shut down. Any body seen this problem before?

This could be the MAF if you have one on the car
