Osram Nightbreakers or Halfords Advanced?

As the nights draw in, headlight performance becomes more noticeable.
Headlights on my W204 have never been great, so looking to upgrade with some high-performance bulbs.
Two brands stand out - Osram and Halfords own brand.
Does anyone have experience of either, or both, and what would they recommend?

I’ve got Osram Nightbreakers on the CLK , I’m sure Whoever Halfords use to make their bulbs is an “ok” manufacturer but if the price is similar I would go for Osram .
Either way , H7 bulbs are cheap , so it doesn’t really matter

No they won’t , they are bi xenon .

Another vote for OSRAM (and Philips) make bulbs that work well, are reliable and durable.

They were a big improvement in my wife’s 2014 B-Class. My wife could see the difference which is impressive..

Anybody had experience of Osram Xenarc Laser bulb replacements? Think my bulbs in the UnMerc have withered since 2015, thinking about these (D3S).

Read into it as you please but Autoexpress often have headlight bulb tests.

They also make it quite clear that fitting LED or HIDs into headlights that they are not designed for is illegal but judging by the amount I see on the roads, this is not currently being actively enforced.
