Out with the old CLK in with the new E320CDi Sport

Hello all,

Been off line for a while, had a busy year workwise and decided a treat was in order...so out goes the CLK and I have just ordered my new...

E320CDI Saloon with sport package including 18" alloys, twin exhausts, flappy paddle gears and lowered suspension and fancy floor mats
Obsidan Black Metallic
Black Artico leather with contrasting white stitching
Command navigation and phone pre wiring
Driver heated memory seat and electrically adjustable steering and mirrors
Passenger heated and adjustable electric memory seats
Climate
Parktronic

Hopefully ticked all the right boxes and ignored the ones not affecting resale and look forward to collecting my new 07 first week in jan...

Not mentioning the options as 1. I don't know all of them and how they affect resale, and 2. Don't want you going *Damn.....forgot that.* No doubt someone will later

Think you've done the best thing with the COMAND though....my one regret not having that in.

E320 Sport i think ...:-? ..My first E class, so i hope i do enjoy it. The 320 CDi pulls better than the 3.2 petrol in the CLK and I now have room for the kids, would have loved an E500 or E65 but too rich new, for my blood..! and the depreciation would be heartbreaking, this will be bad enough..! but as you say, hopefully best interior/exterior colour choice and spec will retain as much resale as possible and I am only contracted for 8K per annum on my PCP.

Still reading the handbooks..!..I will get picks up soon, it is the dogs danglies just completed my first 350 miles and refilled...loving it
