I'm looking for the owners manual for a member who has an SLK280 2005 - Does anyone know where I can get my hands on one?

The Starparts or what ever it is called have quite a few handbooks at ½ price

I would try a different dealership. Most, if not all, handbooks are available but the less popular can take some time to be delivered. MB only do a print run with sufficient orders.

I have spoken to Mercedes and they said something similar to what you both mentioned, but they also think they can get hold of one from Germany for me.
