You won't know till you do. A new cam sensor is about 25 £ . Normally the log codes from poor starting or miss fire .
Should I replace the solenoid as well?

No clue as what you refer to.
No clue as what you refer to.

Timing valve solenoid which is behind the camshaft sensor/ magnet by the timing chain...
also I saw that earlier you mentioned that the car stands at 3000rpm but no it’s it’s usual at 6-700rpm the only codes it gives me is P0011 and P0014 and at first the codes were permanent but after changing the oil filter with the right one the codes went on pending status on their own and the car it’s slower
But not such an issue with rpm or anything else

The codes changed from permanent to pending because the during that time, the water in the camshaft sensors was drying up.
What oil did you put in the gearbox?

When you checked the engine oil after putting new oil in, what was the level on the dip stick? Was it above Max or below Max/

3000 rpm is the maximum revs for a vehicle in limp mode when the throttle is pressed down. Obviously not tick over speed.

The engine oil should never be above the Max.
What is the mileage on the ML?

Should I drive it for a bit to see if the codes get cleared out on their own since they’re pending?

You seem to be good at working on the engine. At that mileage, take the MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor) out and clean the tiny element in it without touching it. I use a carburetor cleaner spray. There should be some U-tubes videos to see about it. See if that improves acceleration. If you can take a picture of the MAF element before cleaning, I will be grateful.
Is it Manual gearbox?

Thank you for your help, yes I usually work myself on the car...
