P0103 maf problems on c180k 271 pin1 on maf ?

    Throwing the code open circuit short to positive, checked wiring on pin 1,3,4 to ecu all fine and have battery voltage on pin 2 which is shared with the upstream 02 sensor (green/red) when engine is running i have 14v on pin 2 and 12v on pin 1 is pin one ment to have that ? The code erases but come strait back on when engine started also i have no oil in connectors and have replaced engine breather pipe under manifold ? Any ideas thanks

    Stretched timing chain more likely the cause.

    The fault codes can lead you up a right garden path as the variable timing fault can cause it to run strange emmisions values.

    If I were you before you waste anymore time going into electronic tests, whip the rocker cover off and time up the engine. I bet its a tooth out on the inlet cam.
