You need diags running to see what the faults are, Ive seen a few V6 in the last few weeks with ECU failure, coil packs, ecu and MAF are all related, one takes out the other.

No, it means stripping the whole rail of, cleaning it all with carb cleaner and refitting it all, takes time and care!

Would it be worth unplugging the MAF just in case it has gone down

Many cars drive with full power again when unplugged, idle may be rough, but try it,just pull out the plug

Wouldnt cause a mis on just the two, you would have mis-fires across the 6, know a bit about the V6s!!!

Dont waste money guessing, get it hooked up and see what the live data is showing you!

Mainly Mercedes
Cylinders 1,2 and 3 (corresponding codes 301, 302, 303) are all on the right hand bank, viewed from the drivers seat. Water in the rail is a good suggestion, but I would also be looking at anything common to just that bank. Lambda sensor fault or a blockage in the cat maybe.
