P0426 & P2453 help!!!!!!!!

Hi Guy,

i had my DPF pressure sensor replaced about 3 weeks ago all was fine now this..... P0426 & P2453.
catalyst temp circuit range and pressure sensor range,

Can you tell me what the link is between these two codes?

im going to be calling the garage up and what to have my facts before i do.

ill also add it seems to only go in limp mode when starting cold?
