Paint protection sealant company?

Hi all

Please could anybody let me know of companies who have applied paint protection sealant to their Mercedes, and who have done a really good job.

I am based in East Sussex so a company in Kent or Sussex would be good.

Have much the same question myself, Capt., and am awaiting any replies with interest. What I can tell you is that an independant used car dealers called Oakwoods (based in East Farleigh nr Maidstone) do offer a system / treatment called Gard-X, which covers all paint, trim and glass, for £250 with a 3 year warranty. There's details and even a video on their website: www.oakwoodsgroup.com. Looks OK but I'm pretty sure there are cheaper alternatives - although like you, I don't have the benefit of anyone's independant experiences to help me decide!

Not on a Merc

but my wife's works Skoda came with Auto-glym lifeshine from the off. very good product. I use their other products on all the other cars we have.

Did mine myself for about £20 and a few hrs hard work. First removed any scratches using AutoGlym scratch remover, then used their super resin polish, followed by the high gloss finish. Really impressed with the results.
