Paintwork coming off from the door sides

Hi I have a b180 CDI 2007 version and paintwork is coming off from the door sides what shall I do ask MB to get re sprayed as its under the 3 year paint warranty or do it by someone else?

They will Job it out to a local workshop anyway dealerships dont do paint?

In Leicester they do apparently, I don't know what to do whats under the T&Cs for paint for the warranty

I would get it done under warranty then--if its not up to standard they will have to keep on doing it until it is .

What should I say as there are 2 other things which arent right one is the Command APS is not working as its always flashing and off colour as the normal colours arent showing and its very slow to update itself and the headrest material s ripping apart and thats deffinitely under warranty!

Phone rang and Mercedes wanted a better picture and thye have sent it to them again for further information.

its all under warranty so why wouldn't you throw it back at the dealer?.
Book it in, give them a written list of work to be done and arrange a loan car from them.
Sit back and wait for your gleaming, fixed car to be returned.
Simple

Apparently it has to finalised by Mercedes if they approve it to be of a worthy warranty repair :confused:
