Hi I need help diagnosing my pan roof.
2016 c350e.
The sun roof is working and moves but when i try and open it one side at the back is stuck down but the other tilts fine but is just twisting the glass and won't open any further as the other side hasn't lifted.
I have scanned with an obd and there is an error u016887 communication with the ignition lock has a malfunction message missing
