Parameter steering

I am going to place an order for a 230K C-class.
Has anyone had experience of the Parameter steering option. Is it worth it on a C-class? Does it make the driving experience anaesthetised and detached at all?
Your comments would be of grear assistance.

ive heard its extremely good, but ive only ever seen it being ordered on the bigger E or S classes....
