Park Brake Inoperative

[2017 Mercedes Benz C350E]

Hello there I have recieved my car back from its maintinience from the garage and today in the evening i was met by the warning "Parking Brake Inoperative" with a flashing red P and a yellow P

This has just happened this evening not even when the car was picked up

Can i please get some help ASAP because i cannot drive my car

The car can hold its self perfectly fine in park yet it still says theres a fault

For information my car is a 2017 Mercedes C350e Estate Amg-line

Im not sure on what is being said but from the "Mobilio Cover" I do put on a car cover to protect the paint from getting scratched from the fox in the neighbourhood

Mobilio is Mercs in house breakdown recovery , if you have full MB service history you will have it.

From my cars previous owner's "history" and what he has done to car i really doubt there is probably not a full service history

And also not AA/RAC
