Parking Brake Pedal Rubber

I have recently bought a C-Class W203 facelift 220CD VIN WDC2030082R200xxx and the parking brake pedal is missing its rubber cover.
I have been offered one with part no A1244270382. Does anyone know if it will fit please?

No sir it will not fit at all,,, they should not be that expensive from mercedes

Your MB dealer will look it up to make sure you get the right one.

A1244270382 is for non Sport/AMG vehicles i.e. just rubber

A2034300084 is for AMG/Sports pack vehicles i.e. they are aluminium with rubber studs

Either would fit your car, choose the one that matches the other pedal covers.

After all that the dealer will in 99% of cases use their own part number, for if the wrong one comes you cannot exchange it

Those part numbers are from EPC, the same the dealer will use. They are the same for many different models/Classes and in all probability available off the shelf.

The OP asked if the part he was offered would fit and the answer is yes it will fit. :lol::lol:

I am pleased the 124 one will fit, thats good news, but the dealer if any good will still always check any part number on their own system when ordering or supplying a part. That is the sole reason I only check and give part numbers when someone is buying from a breaker or Ebay.

Thanks for all your posts. I'm a bit confused but at £4 I think it's worth a punt even if it doesn't fit, which I'm pretty sure it will!
