If its just the noise side of things that has stopped working then its items 14 and 17 that you will need.

It seems to fail to 'catch' as if the first few teeth are damaged/worn but pushing down harder and it will 'catch' okay - however you are right in that the 'noise' side of things does appear to be missing = if you see what I mean!
