When i release the parking brake the brake on alarm sounds when i drive away even though the brake is off. Is there a switch or sensor that i can adjust its postion?

Lift up the rear seat, in the middle on the floor you see a small black cover, remove, there you find the handbrake cable spilter, lube up as much as you can while somebody works the handbrake on and off, it will soon free off!!!!

I have sent you 2 papers showing where things are,

The first thing to do is to lubricate all of the linkage that goes to the rear brakes, oil them all move them as you go and then see. make sure that all parts move freely

Never been asked this, you only need to get to the panel in the center towards the rear of the seat

I have a similar problem on my ml 270 cdi - warning alarm beeper sounds with brake light on and all 3 abs/traction amber lights too. Just changed the pads to no avail. I assumed that a pad sensor was touching the disc but they all were well away from any wear surface.... any ideas?
