parking sensors not working

Hi,
First time mercedes owner for just over a week.
Vehicle is 2015 E Class estate e350 amg night ed bluetec premium

Revering camera works but both front and rear parking sensors not working. Tried looking in the digital on board manual but cant see any relevant setting
Any help please?

there is no setting,do you have a solid pic on the front and rear sensors

There is only a pic on the reversing camera there is no pic or noise from any sensors
I have also checked the fuses for parktronic no’s 12 and 80 which are ok
It does say information on activating and de activating on page 174 of the manual can be found in the digital owners manual but I can’t seem to find it as it may be deactivated
What’s the parktronic switch for on dash board by heated seat as it is permanently got the red light on. is that off or on but as soon as you press it to turn light off it comes straight back on after a short while

you need a plug in ,something like an icarsoft or star,the red light that you talk about comes on when the system is not working

theres a sensor not working,but you will need a plug in to tell you which one

What is your address and when is a convenient time to come

Put ignition on, put car in reserve then put ear next to each sensor - you will hear a low hum/whine if it's operating OK.

If no noise, that's your faulty one(s).

If none have the hum, it suggests the control module is up the swanny!

all went well, identified no 3 front parktronic sensor

Perhaps you should delete your address as suggested if you can
