I've finally decided to do it - pull the dash and replace all the vac pods for the HVAC system. Due to the unhelpfullness of my merc dealer I usually have to physically wave the old part under his nose to get him to order the right one. In this case I would like to pre-order so i have the new ones to hand.
Can anyone give me the part numbers of the 6 different vacuum pods on my 1995 W124 E300D estate (vin WDB124191 2F 321077 5). Hopefully i can then pre-order the parts without the usual 'eyeball' method?
Oh and a secondary question - do I need any special tools for the dash / steering wheel removal process?
