Passenger window switch

Hi all

I have recently had a new battery fitted to my 2001 w210 e200 kompressor and since this the one touch window switch fails on just the front passenger side. The switch works ok if you only push it slightly but when it is pressed fully the window stops moving. Any ideas?

Hi Pete,, just close the window and hold the switch in the up mode for 10 sec with the key turned to 2
