I must admit, I was fearing the worst before putting the old 230CE through the test this weekend, largely because I thought I might struggle with the ever more exacting emissions test but thankfully it was no problem. Not bad for 194k on the clock.

In the end, all it needed was a front spring and a rear roll bar link. I'm well happy with that It's testament to a quality product I think.

The downside is that it's going to be moving on soon as we're downsizing to one car and my partner won't touch it, ha ha! I hate having to be sensible. So, if anyone is in the market for a well serviceable and clean 230 CE for not much money, give me a shout.
