Phone Cradle

Hi All. My car comes with prewired, and the stealer has offered me a phone cradle for £131 incl. VAT. What is the make/model of this cradle and can I buy it offline? I currently have a Nokia N80, 6230i and a 6030 handy which I can use in the car, so am interested in Nokia cradles.

Plenty for the 6230 on ebay, they go for around £50 -£60 and should be a simple swap on your later car.

Cool! hunting for one on ebay now! Much much cheaper than at the stealers. Any retailers out there offering some for sale?

hi - AS said earlier, I bought the cradle off ebay. I am wondering if I can somehow jig it to work with my N80 too.

The connector/pin structure of the N80 is similar to the 6230i, that much I know for a fact.

Is this possible or am i hallucinating.

I have been trying to look for an extension for Nokia's port on the N80, but cant find any so wondering if I should dismantle the cradle!

Any thoughts/comments appreciated.

These cradles are very sensitive to the type of phone in them, even those that look the same will not work.
