Phone Kit Problems

Phone keeps loseing signal when connected to command.Merc say nithing wrong.

Any help?

they are wrong, this problem lies with the telephone interface and im suprised they could not see that. Which type of Merc is it?

Check the connector under the cradle (remove the cradle). They aren't brilliant and I've found a couple of times, removing and refitting the cradle sorted the problem.
