Not WD 40 Halfords and motoring shops sell the tins and its called a sealer (damp start) for the electrics, it is a clear plastic coating and will seal most faults on cables etc,,what it will not do is to fix any tracking that has taken place as the plastic has turned to carbon when this happens, this can be seen as a black line on say a dizzy cap or rotor arm, though this can sometimes be scraped away, and sealed, a replacement is the way to go,

hi tv will get a tin of damp seal sun .......but probaly order leads on mon.from euro parts..just tried it again got rid of most with ins tape today.theres still one lead arcing in a couple of places and the botom of coil lead is arcing .also....night for now ,and thanks on interest.
