Pollen filter on 320SLK [170]

Hi folks.
Our car has very litle air coming from the vents. Im thinking its the pollen filter thats blocked....[ Yes i have tried adjusting the vents etc....]...
Anybody any ideas where its located + how easy is it to remove / replace.??

Under the passenger side dash, three screws removes the pannel, and the filter is in a rectangular cover with to white slide clips to remove it.
