Good afternoon all,

I need to change the poly vee belt on my pre facelift S320 CDI W220.

Can someone please supply

1) a diagram of how the new belt should go on
2) a step by step instruction list
3) required tools list.

The belt is corroded by the diesel pump leaking but I don't have the budget to change that at the moment. So it's just the belt to change at the moment, because it has snapped.

Most grateful in advance as always.

Do us a favour and sort the diesel leak. Us other road users that have had accidents by skidding on diesel will appreciate it.

17mm deep socket on the tensioner.

It will be similar to this:

Likely to be the O rings on the two clear fuel pipes (LHS of the HP pump) that's causing the fuel leak.

If this is a 613 engine?
