poor starting 5th injector w124

Hi Any help please! I'm going through the process of elimination with poor starting on my 230TE W124 I have identified the 5th injector and tested it and it works, the problem is there is no power to it. I have chased the wires to an electrical unit underneath the injectors in a ba***rd of a place. Before I dismantle the top half of the engine does anyone know what this is and if it could be the offending bit. I've ordered a maintenance cd but until it arrives I'm stuck. Griff.

KE Jetronic system - The cold start injector receives its signal from a control relay, part no 003-545-2404, though I can't remember where it is located.....
I have a wiring diag if it is any help - PM me at tech@CarAircon with year if you need it..

Are we talking idle control unit?
Having just replaced my injectors to hopefully solve a hot start problem, it has not necesarily made that much difference. How do you know the injector is OK? i've a batch of injectors I tried to sell on ebay if you need one. item 270007632140

If it is the Idle Control Unit (?) here's a photo of one in a W126 up and under the dash, hidden by the Steering column. It usually clips in one side and has a nut the other. Its real fun getting to if you are a contortionist. If not, you may be able to get it out with only pushing the front seat back otherwise you need to lower the back and prostrate yourself in an upsidedown position with a 10mm(?) spanner. It gives the neighbours something to laugh about!
