Pop Up Ads

Not too sure if this is the right place for this thread.
Anyhoo, for the first time since joining I am getting Google pop-up ads on this site for the first time since joining. I am using Safari

I am not seeing anything, and I am also using Safari. Can you not turn off pop-ups ?

There are some members on the other MB forum having the same problem with pop up ads for the past month.
Doesn't seem to matter which system or browser they use, some are affected, others aren't.
For what its worth I use Win10, ad blocker, Ghostery and Chrome browser.
No ads for me.

I was getting them on my iPhone for most of the day, rather distracting and annoying to say the least as they block the “new posts” button

Yes I've got that on my iPhone with no issues, but the pop-ups only started on my Mac yesterday

I had the same since yesterday and it’s really off-putting. Shame as it’s difficult to use the forum now…
