I think it’s early 40k‘s . My E class might have so old paperwork somewhere (similar to yours )

It's only for Estate cars but see the attached MB Price List for 1st May 2009

Email Mercedes UK. I did this when I bought my GL for the same reason of curiosity - they replied that they didn't keep brochures going back that far but emailed me spreadsheets with the price list for the model as well as all the options and associated prices.

You often see brochures with price lists on eBay if you want original documents. Not usually expensive.
