Can't say for your car specifically, but washer pumps usually suck through some kind of filter ..... usually combined with the gromment that the pump is fitted to the washer bottle with. Use of cheap screen wash, or none at all, promotes the growth of algae in the bottle which then blocks the filter.

Pull the tube of the rear of the jet or the pipe that comes out of the washer tank .Give it a squirt ,any fluid? no , then the pumps gone ,or the fuse ...Check the fuse for the pump if you are unable to hear it running .

What type of nozzle is it? Simple jet or the fan- style fluidic jet?

Check to bottle for algae growth. If there's is any algae you'll need to clean out the entire system. Milton's baby bottle sterilising fluid will kill the algae (as will white vinegar).
As suggested above pull the hose from one of the nozzles and try it. If that works you have blocked nozzles. If not backtrack to the pump and remove the outlet pipe. If the works your blockage is in the pipework. If not you'll need to remove the pump and replace it.
