Problem with relay

The windshield washers, turn signals and turn signals do not work. I think the problem is with relay N10 2018210047.
I have seen the following link to repair it on this forum and I cannot open it.

The first thing I did was buy a new relay at the Mercede store, part. 2018210247 and €80, but everything remained the same. Desperate, I went to a workshop specializing in automobile electricity and they gave me an appointment for a month later. I took it in the morning and the next hour they called me to pick it up repaired. The mechanic explained to me that the only problem there was was that although the current passed through the fuses, it was not correct. After cleaning it, everything worked fine. It only cost me €45. I hope this helps you all. Now I'm very happy.
