Problem with sunroof C250 CDI 2012

Hey all,

Hoping for some troubleshooting tips for my sunroof. I think its gonna be a mechanical issue but I can't open my sunroof at all.

The shade is working as I can get that all the way back and all the way shut but then when I push the button for the glass panel you can hear the mechanic click but there is no movement from the glass.

Any ideas?

Not a direct answer but has your car been serviced properly as the sunroof os part pf the service using proper mercedes sunroof paste.

There is a bypass to open the roof mechanically.

Interesting! I have had it serviced but not at a Mercedes’ dealership. That would be why they haven’t fixed the sunroof I suppose.

I’ve looked in the user manual and tried to reset the sunroof but had no luck..
