Promo code for MB Service Plan?

Hiya, I am about to buy the service plan form Mercedes, it about £960 for two services (which sounds ok as its a big service this year). Just wondering if anyone had a promocode I could use?

Find yourself a good merc independent and save couple of hundreds ££, they are more knowledgable and will treat you and your car with lots more respect than Main Stealer

Promo codes come up few and far between, every couple of years from what I have noticed.

Mercedes service charges are high and it makes your eyes water when you see the bill and what parts they use, the rest is just a look over.

My W220 has full MBSH (its 18 years young), BUT, I source oil myself (huge markup at service time from the stealers), and some genuine parts at much reduced price. I chuck them in the boot and tell them to use them. I go this route for Mobilo. Anything else out of service if for my trusted Indy.

Even a big service with the following years A service at a good indie won't be anywhere near £960.

I wouldn't be using the main dealer for a 2012 B class service.
Head over to Wayne Gates in Harrow and get your servicing done with OE parts and your service record updated. Probably less than half the cost of the main dealer.

I can only echo what others have said and wouldn't dream of using a Mercedes main dealer for servicing on a 10 year old car.
There is no upside in doing this...only a significant financial downside.

Call WG and ask, probably around £4-500 but the A next year will be £1-200

but they put service prices online to give you a comparison. There is another indie in North Manchester/Oldham who has similar online pricing. Probably worth a drive up against your Dealer price. Your local Indy's may display pricing online too if you look around.

I think the time has come for me to look for a good Indy for the CLS SB.
I've been using MB until now for the benefits of Mobilo and added benefits from Synter and will get a quote for the A service due in July but I suspect I'll be going elsewhere and buying comprehensive breakdown cover separately.
The main problem is finding a GOOD Indy.
I'm tempted to drive down to Reading from Bedford to use Star but would prefer closer if possible.
