Question in paddle shift...(W204)

W204 C350 paddle shift is my panic :<

Hello all~

My car is 2009 W204 C350 Sport Sedan!

My car is faced with the problem...... :<

I installed a C63 AMG paddle shift....

Electrical signals are operating normally...

However, the shift paddles do not work.

What should i do next? SCN coding? Install to Paddle Shift Module??

The head hurts. ㅠ.ㅠ

You need to have the car coded to let the paddles work providing all the hardware is in place, mine will be going to Comandonline in February to get the coding done so I would give them a call.

Fair point well made , I am sure if the OP offered to pay for the Comand guys to fly over then they may well just fancy a busmans holiday.

The info you gave the OP is still valid Kenny. Now he knows he needs someone capable with STAR, or the dealer, to do the coding for his mod.

This can only be done by someone with a genuine Maintained STAR system as it needs to be done online to Mercedes in Germany. It cannot be done with a clone or standalone STAR system.

Yes we can do it and yes we could go to Seoul if the price was right.......

I have 2009 C350 Sport(W204).

My car handle is no paddle shift. (3-spoke type)

Now my car is fitted with the c63 paddle shift. Now not working.

But I know it should be coding.

This work just by changing C63 handle without coding?

If the car did not have paddle shift then it WILL need coded if you fit a steering wheel with paddles.
